CLUB NEWS

With Scottish Clubs returning to normal meeting details of club activities can usually be found on the individual club’s website. A summary of activities in Scotland can be found at www.wosars.club/radio-nets .

Stirling and District Amateur Radio Society is open today for project construction and next Sunday for antenna construction. There is a club night on Thursday from 7pm.

Glenrothes & District Radio Club has slow Morse receiving practice on 145.425MHz from 7.30pm on Tuesday. Check in at 7.15pm. On Thursday there is a Ragchew and Morse practice at 7.30pm on 145.425MHz FM. Check in 7.15pm. The club runs Monday to Saturday nets at 10am on 3.790MHz. Eric, GM4FQE, 01-333-450-753. West of Scotland Amateur Radio Society  (WoSARS) has a Solder Group meeting at The Electron Club at CCA at 6pm on Wednesday – see  CALENDAR .

On Thursday Aberdeen Amateur Radio Society has a talk on the B2 Spy Radio by Nigel Paterson, GM4JOJ. Contact Fred, GM3ALZ, on 01-975 -651-365 for further information.

There is no WoSARS meeting at Rose Street this coming Friday,  as it’s Easter Weekend and the Club Rooms are closed.
