We’re pleased to announce that Rob Evered, G2RE has joined us as the volunteer Youth Champion. Rob will work closely with the Youth Team to develop links (with schools, scouts & guides, universities and the public) and motivate young people to get involved in amateur radio.
A new video has been released on YouTube of a talk given to the AMSAT-UK Colloquium, which was part of the RSGB 2019 Convention. The talk given by Professor Julia Hunter-Anderson is on the WUSAT-3 CubeSat project, and highlights potential uses of satellites for wildlife tracking. You can watch it at tinyurl.com/GB2RS-1020-A.
