The Scottish Microwave Round Table will take place in Burntisland in Fife next Saturday, 2 November. The programme includes talks by Sam Jewell, G4DDK Icom IC9700: How Does It Measure up as a VHF DX Transceiver?; Martin Hall, GM8IEM Constructing a 13cm Home Station Around the Kuhne MKU23 G4 Transverter; Heather Lomond, M0HMO Beginning with GNU SDR; and Mark Hughes, GM4ISM Microwave EME. Other attractions include a construction competition, a test equipment bench and an evening dinner. Please note, for safety reasons at the venue, booking is essential.
